Updated

UIRIX AI agents connect to HubSpot CRM, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 Calendar, Zapier, Twilio. Anything else — a CRM, a help desk, a spreadsheet — connects through Zapier or through the Public API and its signed webhooks, which send every conversation, summary and call result to your own endpoint in real time.

How integrations work inside a conversation

Integrations are exposed to the agent as actions. When a caller asks for a meeting, the agent checks the connected calendar, offers free slots and books the one the caller picks — then confirms by e-mail or SMS if you enabled it.

Leads, support tickets and orders the agent creates are e-mailed to the address you choose for each action, and are available through the API and webhooks, so your CRM or help desk receives them without manual copy-paste.

Integration questions

Not directly. The HubSpot integration imports contacts and lists so the agent can call them. To send new leads or call results to HubSpot or any other CRM, use the signed webhooks of the Public API or a Zapier flow.
