UIRIX is an MCP connector for Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code) and ChatGPT. Add it with one server URL, https://dashboard.uirix.com/api/ext/v1/mcp, sign in to your UIRIX account and approve what the assistant may do. Then manage your AI agents by chatting: 85 tools cover agents, knowledge, prompts, conversations, calls, webhooks and usage. With a Personal AI Agent and Outbound calls switched on, you can also ask Claude or ChatGPT to make phone calls for you.

Phone calls from Claude or ChatGPT

With a UIRIX Personal AI Agent, you can ask Claude or ChatGPT to make a phone call for you. The agent has its own phone number and calls people and local businesses: it books a table, moves an appointment or asks for a price, then reports what was agreed from the call transcript. When it calls a business for you, it says it is your AI assistant calling on your behalf.

To set it up, create the agent in the UIRIX dashboard (Create agent, then Personal AI Agent), give it a phone number on the agent page with Get Number (a saved payment card is required), and switch on Outbound calls when you connect UIRIX to Claude or ChatGPT.

Before it calls, your chat app is instructed to repeat the number, the task and the timing and to get your yes, and the connector refuses a call that is not marked as approved. The agent talks with people: it cannot press keys or wait on hold, so it works best where a person answers the phone. Each call is billed by the AI voice usage it takes.

    Add the connector

    Claude: select Add UIRIX to Claude at the top of this page, which opens Claude’s Add custom connector dialog with the name and URL filled in, or open Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector on claude.ai or in Claude Desktop. ChatGPT, on the web: open chatgpt.com/plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.

    Paste the server URL

    https://dashboard.uirix.com/api/ext/v1/mcp (already filled in if you used the button). No client ID or secret is needed: in Claude, leave the OAuth fields empty and select Add; in ChatGPT, choose OAuth, accept the warning, select Create as a plugin and install it.

    Sign in and approve

    Log in to UIRIX and choose what the assistant may do on your account. To let it place calls, switch on Outbound calls; it is off by default.

    Type “uirix”

    In Claude, check that UIRIX is on under + > Connectors in the message box; in ChatGPT, type @ and pick UIRIX. Then type “uirix”: the assistant shows a numbered menu of your agents and everything you can do with each one.

Connector questions

Yes, through a UIRIX Personal AI Agent with its own phone number. Create it in the UIRIX dashboard, give it a number (a saved payment card is required) and switch on Outbound calls when you connect. Then ask, for example, “Call Luigi’s and book a table for 4 at 7pm Saturday” and give it the number. Your chat app is instructed to repeat the number, the task and the timing and to get your yes; the agent calls from its own number and reports what was agreed. Building or rebuilding an agent, refreshing its knowledge and placing a call cost money. They are marked as billed, the assistant is instructed to ask you first, and the connector refuses them unless they are marked as approved. Reading results is free.
It cannot delete your agents, conversations, recordings or account. Two things can be taken away, and neither can be undone: a document in an agent’s knowledge and items in your personal profile. The assistant is instructed to name what it will remove and get your yes first.
Any of them. As of October 2026, Anthropic says custom connectors work on the Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans; the Free plan allows one custom connector, and paid plans can add more. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds UIRIX for the organization under Organization settings > Connectors, and each member then connects it under Customize > Connectors.
Not yet. UIRIX was submitted to the Claude connectors directory in October 2026 and, as of October 10, 2026, is not listed there. Until it is, add it as a custom connector with the Add UIRIX to Claude button or under Customize > Connectors. It is not in the ChatGPT plugin directory either: in ChatGPT, add it as a custom MCP server.
Yes. In Claude Desktop, open Customize > Connectors and add it as you would on the web. A connector you add on claude.ai or in Claude Desktop also works in the Claude app on your phone. Claude Code signed in with your claude.ai account sees it too; otherwise run claude mcp add --transport http uirix https://dashboard.uirix.com/api/ext/v1/mcp, then type /mcp to sign in.
It depends on your ChatGPT account. As of October 2026, OpenAI says eligible users can add a custom MCP server in ChatGPT on the web. If you do not see the option, your plan may not include it, and in a company workspace an admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
