Book Cal.com meetings from every call

Your AI agent reads your Cal.com free times, books the one the caller chooses and moves it in a single step when plans change.

Updated

Paste your Cal.com API key once in the agent's Connectors (it is stored encrypted) and choose the event type. During a call the agent checks the free times and books; when you allow it, it also cancels and moves a booking in one step (by default those requests reach you). Cal.com books an attendee by e-mail address, so the agent asks for it and spells it back.

What the agent does with Cal.com

Free times

Reads the open slots of your Cal.com event type before offering a time.

Books on the call

Creates the booking with the caller's name and e-mail address.

Moves in one step

Cal.com moves a booking in a single call, and nothing changes unless the new time is free.

Any language

Books meetings in the caller's language: 17 languages.

Set it up in four steps

  1. 1

    Create a Cal.com API key

In Cal.com, open Settings, then Developer, then API keys, and create a key.

  2. 2

    Connect it in UIRIX

Paste the key in the agent's Connectors and choose the event type the agent books.

  3. 3

    Set your booking rules

When you turn the calendar on, choose the days and hours you take meetings, how long a meeting is, the gap between meetings, where it takes place (your address, a phone call, Zoom, Google Meet or Teams) and which channels may book.

  4. 4

    Test a call

Call your agent, book a meeting, then call again and move it.

Cal.com questions

It is stored encrypted and used only for this agent's bookings. You can delete the key in Cal.com at any time to disconnect.
Phone calls, the website chat and the voice-in-browser widget. On the website, a visitor who wants to cancel or move a meeting first gets a code by text message or WhatsApp (when the agent can send them; otherwise the request goes to your office), so only the person who booked can change it. You choose which channels may book: website chat is off until you turn it on.
Yes, under your rules. By default the agent takes the request with the meeting details and you confirm it; you can let it cancel and move meetings by itself in the agent's standing orders. Either way it only touches the booking that carries the caller's own number, never someone else's and never one of your own events. A caller who hides their number cannot book: the agent takes the request for you instead.
If the calendar refuses the access (a revoked sign-in or a changed key), the agent stops offering times and takes booking requests for you, and the dashboard shows Reconnect on the agent until you sign in again.
The integration connects to the Cal.com cloud service with an API key.
