Zapier connects to UIRIX in both directions. An incoming webhook on the agent adds content from any Zap to its knowledge. For the other direction, subscribe a Zapier Catch Hook URL to the Public API webhooks, conversation ended, summary ready, call completed, and Zapier passes them to a CRM, a spreadsheet, Slack or thousands of other apps.

Not yet. You connect with Zapier’s Webhooks by Zapier steps using the URLs from the agent’s Zapier connector.

The Public API webhooks: conversation.started, conversation.ended, conversation.escalated, summary.ready, outcome.created, call.completed, call.failed and call.no_answer. Point the webhook at your Zapier Catch Hook URL.
