An AI Receptionist That Fills Salesforce for You

Your UIRIX agent answers the phone. Your ChatGPT or Claude, connected to Salesforce, turns each call into the lead, the task or the case your team works from.

Updated

UIRIX works with Salesforce through your own ChatGPT or Claude. Connect Salesforce's MCP server and the UIRIX connector to the same chat app, and tell it once what to do after each call. After every call and chat, your chat assistant receives what the customer asked for and records it in Salesforce: a Lead with the caller's name, number and need, a Task for the callback that was promised, or a Case when the caller reports a problem, with the call summary in the description. UIRIX itself never connects to Salesforce or stores its password.

Example: a solar installer whose sales team lives in Salesforce

  • A homeowner calls at 8 pm about panels for a two-story house. The agent answers, asks the questions in your standing orders and books a site visit in your calendar.
  • After the call, your chat assistant creates the Lead, links the site visit, and adds a Task for the sales rep with the summary.
  • The homeowner gets one text message confirming the visit and the rep who will call.

Connecting Salesforce to ChatGPT or Claude

Salesforce publishes hosted MCP servers. Your Salesforce admin creates an External Client App with the mcp_api scope, and each user signs in with their own Salesforce account, so your chat assistant sees and changes only what that user may.

Add it from your chat app's connector directory if Salesforce is listed there, or as a custom connector with the server address from Salesforce's documentation. Add the UIRIX connector in the same app.

What your AI manager does in Salesforce

Leads from every call

New callers become Leads with their number, what they need and the lead source you name.

Tasks for callbacks

A callback the agent promised becomes a Task with the time the caller asked for.

Cases for problems

An existing customer with a problem gets a Case with the summary, ready for your service team.

Call lists from a report

Ask your chat assistant to take the leads of a Salesforce view and build a UIRIX calling campaign.

Set it up in four steps

  1. 1

Connect Salesforce to your chat app

Sign in to Salesforce from ChatGPT or Claude.

  2. 2

    Add the UIRIX connector

One URL and a sign-in to your UIRIX account.

  3. 3

Tell it what to do after each call

"After every call, create a Salesforce Lead for new callers, or a Case for existing customers with a problem, and add a Task for the promised callback."

  4. 4

    Make a test call

Call your agent, then check the record in Salesforce.

Salesforce questions

No. UIRIX never signs in to Salesforce. Your chat assistant does, with Salesforce's own MCP server and the permissions of the person who connected it.
Whatever Salesforce's MCP server and your user's permissions allow. Most teams use Leads, Contacts, Tasks and Cases; your instruction to the chat assistant says which.
The record is written right after the call. During a call the agent can ask your chat assistant a question, for example to look something up in Salesforce, and reads back the answer within about 10 seconds.
Yes. The e-mail summary of every call stays as it is, so nothing depends on your chat assistant being online. Appointments are booked by the agent itself in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly or Cal.com.
The agent remembers the people it talks to: on each call it knows what earlier calls and chats with that number were about, what was agreed and what is still open. A caller who says "forget me" is not recognized from the next call on, and the request waits for you to erase their data.
