Every Call Can Start a Make Scenario

Your UIRIX agent answers the call. Your ChatGPT or Claude runs the Make scenario that fits it, or the agent's signed webhooks start one directly.

Updated

UIRIX works with Make through your own ChatGPT or Claude. Connect Make's MCP server and the UIRIX connector to the same chat app, and tell it once what to do after each call. After every call and chat, your chat assistant receives what the customer asked for and records it in Make: whatever your scenario does: a row in a sheet, an invoice draft, a record in an app that has no MCP server of its own. UIRIX itself never connects to Make or stores its password.

Example: a plumbing company whose jobs live in a field service app

  • A customer calls about a water heater that stopped working. The agent takes the address and the problem, and offers the first free time.
  • After the call, the chat assistant runs your Make scenario "New job", which creates the job in your field service app and texts the technician.
  • The field service app has no MCP server of its own; the Make scenario is what reaches it.

Connecting Make to ChatGPT or Claude

Make publishes an official MCP server that turns the scenarios you choose into tools for your chat assistant, connected with a token from your Make account. Make reminds users that each run counts against the plan's operations.

Add it from your chat app's connector directory if Make is listed there, or as a custom connector with the server address from Make's documentation. Add the UIRIX connector in the same app.

What your AI manager does in Make

Scenarios as tools

The scenarios you expose become actions your chat assistant can run with the call details.

Or webhooks, no chat app

Point the agent's signed webhooks at a Make custom webhook, and every conversation starts a scenario.

Apps without MCP

Reach field service, legal and booking apps through the modules Make already has.

Your operations, your plan

Runs count against your Make plan, not your UIRIX balance.

Set it up in four steps

  1. 1

Connect Make to your chat app

Sign in to Make from ChatGPT or Claude.

  2. 2

    Add the UIRIX connector

One URL and a sign-in to your UIRIX account.

  3. 3

Tell it what to do after each call

"After every service request call, run the Make scenario New job with the customer's name, address, phone and problem."

  4. 4

    Make a test call

Call your agent, then check the record in Make.

Make questions

Webhooks send every conversation to a scenario with no chat app involved. The MCP server lets your chat assistant decide which scenario fits a call and fill in the details.
The record is written right after the call. During a call the agent can ask your chat assistant a question, for example to look something up in Make, and reads back the answer within about 10 seconds.
Yes. The e-mail summary of every call stays as it is, so nothing depends on your chat assistant being online. Appointments are booked by the agent itself in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly or Cal.com.
The agent remembers the people it talks to: on each call it knows what earlier calls and chats with that number were about, what was agreed and what is still open. A caller who says "forget me" is not recognized from the next call on, and the request waits for you to erase their data.
