On August 25, 2025, the US Federal Trade Commission sued Air AI and its owners, alleging deceptive claims about business growth, earnings potential and refund guarantees. According to the FTC, the case concerned business coaching materials, a suite of services sold as the "Air AI Access Card," and licenses to resell Air AI services to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
On March 24, 2026, the FTC announced a proposed settlement. Under the order, Air AI, related companies and its owners are banned from selling or marketing any business opportunity, from making misrepresentations while telemarketing, and from making earnings claims without adequate substantiation or disclosure. The order includes an $18 million monetary judgment, mostly suspended based on inability to pay, with $50,000 to be paid to the FTC for consumer relief. If you already use Air AI for outbound sales, your contract is working, and you are satisfied with the terms, there may be no reason to move right away. Air AI was widely reviewed for long-form outbound qualification calls, and a working setup has value. Before renewing, read your contract, refund and cancellation terms carefully, and make sure you can export your call data and keep your phone numbers.
Independent reviews in 2026 describe Air AI pricing as opaque and changing, so if you evaluate it, ask for a written quote that lists every fee.
